She holds a CPD-Accredited Diploma in Food Allergen Awareness and obtained her MBA from Medaille University in Buffalo, NY. With a background in information technology at Fortune 500 companies, Ms. Jones currently resides in Upstate South Carolina, where she balances her role as a mother of three. In her leisure time, she enjoys a diverse range of hobbies, including reading, travel, painting, journaling, hiking, gardening, perfume, and wine tasting. Notably, she is also the proprietor of the artisan sea salt company, Earth & Field Salt Company.
